    "The P.A.C. technicians (John, Peter, Chris, and Hector) have all been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to the job on hand from start to finish. The second new boiler was installed by Hector and Chris. Hector completed the job on January 29, 2026. Hector was amazing! We continually asked Hector questions about the new boilers and he was patient and knowledgeable; he answered all our questions. Peter and Hector did an excellent job at installing the first new boiler. Both took the time to listen and answer our questions, cleaned up before they left, and were professional and friendly. Peter also took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received from P.A.C. Highly recommended."
